Clementi URA Master Plan
According to the URA Master Plan 2019, the development in Clementi Area will focus on enhancing the communities amenities such as new park connector in Sungei Ulu Pandan that will connect Boon Lay Way to Ghim Moh. There will also be new eldercare facility at west coast link target to completed in 2022. Plan also to create more walking and cycling corridor between Sunset Way and West Coast Park in future. New housing option will be available in West Coast and Clementi Town in the next 5-10 years according to the Master Plan.
